In consulting industry, it is common to charge clients on hourly basis. My rate is 100 EUR per hour and usually I am able to give an estimate of how many hours I will spend on your case, especially if you are requesting one of the standard international agreements, e.g. of sale, distributorship, etc. To give you a better perspective- it takes about 3 hours (=300 EUR*) to revise a classic 5-7 page long agreement on international sale or 5 hours (=500 EUR*) to write it from scratch. This time includes studying a usual amount of information and documents respective to your case and usual amount of communication. The price also includes usual administration costs. In terms of travel costs, I charge only the real and direct expenses (gas, flight tickets), plus 25 EUR per each hour of travel time.
